School Vision and Values

In Cranhill Primary School our vision is to provide a consistently high level of teaching and learning for all pupils in our school. Learners are central to all that we do.

Our improvements are designed around developing knowledge, understanding  and skills for literacy, numeracy, physical, mental and social health. We aim to provide an environment which ensures safety, happiness and learning while providing opportunities to celebrate wider achievements. Development of skills for learning, life and work are our priority.

We are a nurturing school where everyone feels safe, happy and valued and all children are supported to reach their full potential. This is achieved through working together with children, their families and the community, based on a shared sense of direction.

Our school values are:

  • Trust
  • Respect
  • Achievement
  • Commitment
  • Kindness

We celebrate those who live out our school values each week in assembly by presenting a values certificate to one winner from each class.
