School Improvement Plan

A School Improvement Plan (SIP) is a document used by Senior Leadership teams in schools to map out their strategic plans for the development of their school. In Cranhill our SIP is based on our school vision and values, and identifies our strengths as well as our points for development . It details the people responsible, the actions we will take, and sets a realistic and measureable timeline for these things to happen.
