Well done to our amazing choir!

We are incredibly proud of our school choir, who brought real festive cheer with their wonderful Christmas songs. As well as entertaining everyone who came along, the choir also raised an amazing £105.28 for the Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice.

This generous donation will help support the important work the hospice does in our community. Well done to all of our choir members and staff involved — a fantastic achievement!

It’s A Baby!

This week, our younger classes put on a wonderful nativity show for parents, our friends from Chesters nursery and the rest of the school. Primary 1 took centre stage as the main characters and did an amazing job. Our Primary 2 pupils were brilliant narrators, and the Primary 2 and Primary 3 children sang beautifully together in the choir.

Both performances were a sell out and were a huge success. We are so proud of our youngest pupils for all their hard work and for being so confident on stage. Well done to everyone involved! 🌟🎄

Christmas Fayre 2025

Our Christmas Fayre was a huge success last week and raised lots of money for school funds. There was a fantastic range of stalls, including crafts, food and gifts from members of our local community, as well as enterprise stalls run by each class.

A very big thank you to our Primary 7 helpers, who worked extremely hard to make sure everything ran smoothly on the day. We really appreciate everyone who helped and supported our Christmas Fayre! 🎄✨

Acorn Base Update

Every morning, children from all stages of the school visit the Acorn Base to take part in literacy and numeracy learning. During this time, they work towards their own individual targets and follow a learning programme that supports their needs.

It is wonderful to see our children building their skills and confidence each day. We love celebrating their achievements and seeing them become successful learners! 🌟📚➕
