Children who live within the catchment area for Blairdardie Primary, automatically transfer to Knightswood Secondary school on the completion of Primary 7.

Links with Knightswood Secondary School are well established and children enjoy a two year transition programme which allows staff, parents and pupils to share information ahead of transfer. Joint curricular planning and staff training are a feature of our work with the Secondary School, with whom we also share a Learning Community Improvement Plan.
