Organisation of Classes

The following guidelines set by Scottish Government apply.

P1                                 maximum 25

P2 & 3                          maximum 30

P4-7                             maximum 33

Composite classes        maximum 25

 

Composite classes have pupils from more than one stage.

 

The School Day  

Primary 1    – Primary 7

Morning           9.00 – 12.15

Interval           10.30 – 10.45

Lunch               12.15 – 1.00

Afternoon        1.00  – 3.00

Primary 1 will remain in school until 3pm from the first day of school in August.
