On Friday afternoons, the school offers a programme of Minority Time Activities (MTA) as part of the curriculum. A wide range of sporting and cultural activities is offered, and pupils have the opportunity to change their MTA each term.
Most MTA groups take place in school but several have more exotic locations! Where the venue is an occasional one or involves transport arrangements, permission forms will be issued. Other regular school venues, such as the Firhill Complex for football, are considered as part of the normal school arrangements.
Art & Design offers the following MTA groups:
Mr Reid – Art Competitions – Come and work on a piece of artwork or even a Junk Kouture outfit!
Mr Boyle – A5 Club – Come and draw what you like…..as long as it’s no bigger than A5!
Miss Webster – Drawing & Painting Glasgow – Exactly as it says!
