Boys and Girls

Today we discussed boys and girls. We shared ideas about toys, clothes, food and books that boys and girls like.  It highlighted that some children thought only boys played football and computer games, some children thought that only girls could wear pink or play skipping.

We discussed how anybody can play with anything and wear any colour. These things do not make you a girl or a boy. Please encourage your children to be adventurous and try new things.

Glow logins

Hi everyone, some of the pupils said that they cannot access the blog with their logins.  I have used all of their logins this morning To confirm that they work and have shown them how to access the blog.

Please ensure you are copying the name and email exactly as it appears on the card.  Some names have been shortened to fit the email address.

I hope this helps.

Topic

We are learning about trees and birds for our biodiversity topic this term. If you have a smartphone or iPad , and have free time, could you download the Woodlands Trust free tree finder app. You could take a trip to a local park or green space to find out which trees are growing in our local area!

Cant wait to hear all about them in class 😀
