This week, we  have:

• Been on a school trip to Stirling Castle
• Learned how to find the average of 2 values
• Done many hours of dance rehearsal
• Learned how to split up larger numbers so we can divide them mentally
• Investigated how percentages, decimals and fractions are linked
• Learned different balances and jumps in gymnastics which will help us with our ballet performance
• Started making our own brochure for Stirling Castle
• Made up our own solos for our ballet performance
• Planted potatoes in the school garden for eco week
• Learned more about the bedrooms in the palace at Stirling Castle
• Planted our own sunflowers for eco week
• Visited the kitchen at Stirling castle and learned where all the different foods came from
• Learned about food webs and food chains in science
• Learned about endangered animals in an eco assembly
• Learned that we can make furniture out of natural resources such as trees.
