At Woodlands, we believe in working closely with families to build strong, supportive partnerships. Our goal is to help every child grow into a happy, confident individual who enjoys learning, interacts with others, and feels safe and cared for. We offer a nurturing and fun environment where children are encouraged to explore, be independent, and learn how to look after themselves and each other. Alongside our work with children, we also support families through a range of family learning opportunities and groups.

At Woodlands Children and Families Come First!
We’re proud to be a bright, welcoming nursery in the heart of Methil, specially designed to give children the best possible start in their early years.
At Woodlands, we offer high-quality early learning and childcare for children aged 3–5, and we also welcome eligible 2-year-olds, including those referred by partner agencies.
Our nursery is home to over 100 children and is set up to support their learning and development. We have four spacious areas for our 3–5-year-olds and two cosy playrooms for our younger Early Entrants (2 year olds). We also have a dedicated family room, a calming Zen Den and a sensory room.
All playrooms have direct access to a safe and secure garden where children can explore and play freely. We’re also lucky to have our very own Secret Garden—a special outdoor space that offers a magical and different kind of play experience for all our children.
