Our Vision

At St Andrews Nursery, our vision is clear: to provide a safe and secure environment where curiosity and creativity is valued and encourages a love for lifelong learning. We will actively promote respectful relationships with the aim to empower families through promoting inclusion for all. We encourage leadership at all ages through a child centred approach, where children are encouraged to develop resilience, independence and to have a voice in all decisions affecting their experience.  We will work in partnership with others to support the individual needs of all children, through a flexible and multiagency approach leading to positive outcomes for all.
