iPip Resource

Our model of Individual Pedagogy Improvement Plans (iPips) is based on the work of Simon Breakspear, whose well‑established Teaching Sprints approach supports teachers to make focused, practical improvements to their classroom practice.

The short video below provides an excellent overview of the Teaching Sprints process—which we have adapted and implemented in St Andrew’s as iPips. It clearly explains the thinking behind the model and how it can be used to drive meaningful, incremental professional growth.

WSCA 1

On Monday 8 September, all staff took part in the first WSCA of the session. The focus of this session was Learning and Teaching. Colleagues had the opportunity to discuss what learning and teaching means with our school and also what would be included in our Learning Standard.  The presentation can be viewed here:
