There is no doubt that the positive ethos of the school, the children’s pride in their school, their attitude to work and to each other, are all reflected in the wearing of school uniform. The uniform also enhances the feeling of “belonging” to the school.
Pitteuchar East Primary School is a school where all children are encouraged to wear school uniform. This uniform was chosen by the Pupil Council, and every child (from P2 – P6) voted for this. A parents’ survey indicated that 98% of parents wished their child to wear a uniform.
School uniforms, pre-embroidered with our school badge, are available to order on-line from the MyClothing website. For every item purchased, MyClothing donates a percentage to the school fund.
We also have a stock of pre-owned uniforms, which are in really good condition. If you would like some of these, please contact the school office. We also accept donations of uniforms to add to this stock.
