Each year in Pitteuchar East our Primary 6 children apply to become P7 House Captains.

We have two house captains for each house, Wemyss, Balvaird, Balgonie, and Falkland.  House Captains are presented with a special badge at the end of year assembly and are introduced to families and children.

House Captains are expected to be good role models to everyone in their house, demonstrating the school values at all times.  When visitors come to the school, House Captains are often tasked with the job of welcoming them and showing them around. They work with Mrs Petrie on other responsibilities and we hope to reintroduce House Events, this session. From time-to-time House Captains are asked to prepare content for school assemblies and will present this.    House Captains help out at all school assemblies by demonstrating the school values and helping the younger children to remain settled.

We are very proud of our House Captains.
