💻 Digital Learning and Online Safety

At Paxton Nursery, we understand that for many adults, online and offline life can feel separate — but for today’s children, technology is simply part of everyday life. From learning through play to exploring creative apps and digital tools, children see no divide between the digital and real world; it’s all just part of how they learn, connect, and grow.

Technology moves quickly, and it can sometimes feel challenging to know where to begin when talking to your child about what they do online, who they interact with, or the potential risks they might face. That’s why we work closely with families to build confidence, awareness, and positive digital habits from an early age.

We’re proud that Paxton Nursery has been nationally recognised with the Digital Literacy Award, celebrating our commitment to teaching children how to use technology safely, responsibly, and creatively. Through play-based learning and age-appropriate guidance, we help children develop the skills they need to navigate the digital world with curiosity, confidence, and care.

Together, we can ensure that children’s experiences — both online and offline — are safe, balanced, and full of opportunities to learn and thrive.
