Our Nursery

A warm welcome to our Paxton website.

We hope this is a place where you will find lots of useful information and will keep you updated with all the latest news and events.

Paxton Nursery has an interesting history.  We received our name from Miss Paxton who opened the original nursery, situated in Lower Methil, in 1934. The present nursery was opened in 1960 and was the first purpose built nursery in Fife. The nursery has three rooms, the Rainbow Room, Sunflower Room and Butterfly Room, which currently accommodate up to 90 children daily. The fourth nursery room is our family room, we have a number of groups     available which are open to anyone who has a child under the age of 5 years.  As our groups change from term to term, please see our Facebook page for up to date information.

At Paxton we also cater for two year olds who attend 9-3,                   dependent on their need and the availability of places.

Please take time to find your way around the website as we will be using it as a way of keeping you up to date with what is happening here at Paxton.

Kind regards
