At Paxton Nursery, we value open and honest communication with our families. Your feedback helps us to celebrate what we do well and identify where we can make improvements.
We always encourage families to share their thoughts — whether it’s a compliment, concern, or complaint — as every piece of feedback helps us continue to provide the highest quality of care and education for our children.
🌟 Compliments
We love to hear when something has gone well! Positive feedback means a lot to our team and helps us know what makes a difference to you and your child. You can share compliments in person, through our suggestion box, or by email.
💭 Concerns
If you have a concern, please speak to a member of staff as soon as possible. Most issues can be resolved quickly through open conversation. We’re here to listen and work together to find a positive outcome.
📝 Complaints
If you feel your concern has not been fully resolved, you can make a formal complaint.
Complaints can be made directly to the Head of Centre, or through Fife Council’s complaints procedure.
Families also have the right to contact the Care Inspectorate, who regulate and inspect early learning and childcare settings in Scotland.
