This week in P6 has been packed with learning, creativity, and festive fun!

We continued our World War II topic by writing our very own A–Z WW2 poems, challenging ourselves to think of meaningful vocabulary for every letter of the alphabet. We also began researching for our WW2 presentations, finding out important facts to help us become mini-historians!

In numeracy, we were busy converting fractions to decimals and exploring perimeter, where we drew festive snowmen, Santas, and nutcrackers to measure. We also learned about area and created colourful area art to show our understanding.

Our final week of P.E. circuits was a great workout, and we also started our new role as Junior Leaders, organising fun playground games for the younger classes.

In science, we learned about states of matter, carrying out activities to help us understand solids, liquids, and gases.

To finish the week, we had Festive Friday, where we made beautiful origami angel decorations to go into our community gift bags.

Another amazing week in P6!
