Friday 13th March

We enjoyed our trip yesterday to Dundee Science Centre. We had lots of time to explore the exhibits and make links to our learning in class.

In Writing, we have continued to develop our skills in writing a procedure and thinking carefully about our use of adverbs and visuals to make our instructions very clear.

In P.E, we have been developing our skills in Gymnastics and Hockey. We have been working hard to work well with others when performing or in a team.

We have shared presentations from our Victorians topic, showing confidence to present to an audience.

In Numeracy, we have been completing assessments to show our understandings of different aspects of fractions.

We enjoyed outdoor learning again with P2 pupils. We conducted a litter survey and taught P2s an outdoor game.

In French, we have been learning to introduce family members.

We worked well with P6 pupils to create vehicles from Victorian times in Loose Parts.

We have been using ICT skills to display our learning in RME.

In Art, we have been using zentangle patterns to create beautiful vases of flowers on our cards to share with our Mums on Mother’s Day,
