We have looked at why challenges are good for our brain and why we should embrace mistakes as part of our learning in Health and Wellbeing. We have also begun Bikeability Level 1 training and this has allowed everyone to build their confidence in cycling in our playground, as well as developing their skills in controlling their bike safely, emergency braking and taking one hand off to signal. A very good start from all.
In our writing, we have been working on on recount of our happy place and using interesting descriptive language.
We have continued with our class novel, Kensuke’s Kingdom and used this in our drama to create short scenes.

In Numeracy, we have been developing our skills using different strategies in addition and subtraction.
We have been learning terms for weather in French and writing some phrases.
