Happy Friday from P1/2.
We loved taking part in all our World Book Day celebrations on Thursday . We made book marks , wrote book reviews , drew pictures of our costumes and did outdoor learning activities.
Numeracy / Maths – We loved playing Sum Dog. We continued with our subtraction learning . P2 were using timetables as part on their time learning this week.
Literacy – We enjoyed our reading books. We have been working on personal writing . We drew detailed pictures and wrote sentences about our weekend.
PE-We were working in small groups to create sequences – we had to include 6 balances or rolls. We loved sharing them with each other .  P1 enjoyed working with the other P1’s to take part in different games .  We enjoyed taking part in the daily mile .
Health – P2 were talking about the steps to follow in an emergency .
Art -We used straws to print beautiful Spring pictures. They look lovely in our classroom .
We all enjoyed our committee activities this week.
