Hello!

We hope you are all well!

We have had a super fun first week in P1. We had our very first Together Time and loved joining in with the songs.

We have enjoyed exploring our new classroom and had fun playing with our new classmates.

We read the Colour Monster, discussed what emotions were and what emotions we were feeling starting P1. We then created our own colour monster and shared what we can do if we feel sad or scared. Some of us said we should take deep breaths or ask for a hug.

We also read What the Ladybird Heard and made some fantastic maps for Lanky Len and Hefty Hugh to steal the Prize Cow. Our maps were very detailed and clear.

We have loved joining in with number songs and have been counting to 20.
