Sports Day (Miss Kirkwood)
A reminder to all competitors that have qualified for Sports Day to come to the P.E department at 1:30pm today to get changed and then report to the games hall at 1:35pm for a briefing on how the afternoon will run. We will be recording the attendance at this point so please make sure you are there on time. Good luck to all those competing.

DYW Padlet (Mrs Whyte)
A lot of pupils will be looking to gain some work experience, this is a great opportunity to give you a flavour of the world of work and ‘try out’ a profession. If this is something, you are interested in there is a form to complete on the Padlet. There is also a great opportunity for any S5 pupils who are looking to study medicine. For anyone looking to leave school there are a number of vacancies including – apprenticeships in Admin, at Scotrail, Exxon, Babcock and Sky Television advertised. As well as a range of part and full time jobs.
Speak to Mrs Whyte if you require any help with applications, finding jobs or want some work experience.

Card Club (Mrs Rae)
Come along to the PSO base at lunchtime to play various card games and make new friends. Maybe your friends are off, and you have nowhere to go or you see yourself as a real “card shark” all are very welcome!

The Wind Band will take place on Friday lunchtime in E13/Dance Studio.
Health Zone Drop In (Mrs Davidson)
Every Friday lunchtime, the school nurse team run a confidential drop in session. They are situated behind the careers room opposite the main office.
S1 Reading Group (Miss Britton)
S1 Reading Group during Friday lunchtimes in room B23. It’s a chance to practice reading out loud.
Have Lunch with A Hero! (Mrs Brown)
Some people have NEVER seen this, so we’re enjoying watching it again! See Mrs Brown for a note and bring your lunch to C11 if you’d like to watch this Disney classic at lunch on Friday.
