On Wednesday 7th October 44 S4, S5 and S6 learners took part in the UK Maths Trust Senior Mathematics Challenge. The paper is full of stimulating problems for both beginners and experienced problem-solvers. It is not an easy challenge; I am proud to say that our learners demonstrated both enthusiasm and resilience. Results from this national competition will be sent out soon, well done to all who took part!

Worry not, younger learners can get in on the action later this session! S3 & S4 pupils will get the chance to take part in the Intermediate Challenge in January. S1 & S2 students will get their opportunity to try out the Junior Challenge in May.
