Kirkcaldy High School was filled with colour, music and celebration at this year’s Eid Party, bringing together pupils, staff and members of the wider community for a truly special occasion.
The event was very well attended, with a fantastic turnout of Kirkcaldy High School pupils and staff, alongside some local councillors who joined as VIP guests. It was wonderful to see everyone coming together to celebrate, learn and share in the spirit of Eid.
A highlight of the party was the delicious food, kindly prepared by Shazia from Amma’s Kitchen. Guests enjoyed a fantastic menu featuring:
- Veg pakora
- Pilau rice
- Curry pakora
- Raita
- Naan
The food was a huge success, with many going back for seconds and praising the rich flavours and variety on offer.
There was a lively atmosphere throughout the event, with music playing and a photo booth proving especially popular. Pupils and staff had great fun capturing memories with friends, adding to the sense of celebration and community.
The Eid Party was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate culture, togetherness and inclusivity within the school. A big thank you goes to everyone who helped organise the event, to Shazia from Amma’s Kitchen for the fantastic catering, and to all who attended and made the evening so memorable.
We look forward to next Eid!
