Punch Beyond (Miss Crawford)
The KHS Punch Beyond programme starts today (Tuesday 25 February). For those pupils involved can you please meet Kate at Reception at 10:30am. Pupils are not required to leave Period 2 early for this.
Rugby Tournament (Mr Harrower)
Any boys in S1 or S2 who are interested in playing in an upcoming rugby tournament should attend a meeting today at 1:25pm in the boys gym. Attendance is essential if you are keen to play or would like more information.
Japanese Club (Mrs Morris)
Japanese club is cancelled this week. We will be back next week, however, it will now move to Wednesdays after school in C9, to fit in with our online live lessons. Congratulations to the 6 pupils, and one teacher, who passed level 1 Beginners with Yuko, and our 1 pupil who passed level 2.
Work Placement Opportunity (Miss Akers)

The LGBT+ Group meets on Tuesday lunchtime in A4 (Dr Murray’s room in Science). It is a social space open to EVERYONE whether you are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, any other identity, or an ally of the community. See Dr Murray for a pass if you want to come. Bring your lunch!
Enterprising Maths Club (Mr Jones & Ms Barclay)
Are you a maths whiz looking for a club where you can really challenge yourself? Join our Enterprising Maths Club and tackle mind-bending problems with other students. There’s even a chance to represent the school in maths competitions, so get involved! Come to B4 every Tuesday lunchtime.

Chemistry Study Support (Chemistry Teachers)
If you need help with any aspect of Chemistry or S1-S2 Science, at any level then Chemistry Study Support is the place to get it. One of your happy, smiling chemistry teachers will be available Tuesday 3:30-4:30pm in either of A4, A5, or A6 for all your questions, queries and conundrums. You could also simply use this as a quiet place to study, or even get that homework task completed that you’ve been putting off since the dawn of time. All welcome!

We present a weekly show on Kirkcaldy’s radio station, K107FM every Wednesday. You could be involved. We meet every Wednesday in A4 (Dr Murray’s room in Science) to plan the show. Come along and bring your lunch! See Dr M for a lunch/building pass.
