Pupils in Religious, Moral, and Philosophical Studies (RMPS) have been creating beautiful Islamic Art and Eid cards on the iPad, combining creativity with digital skills. We learned about the symmetry and patterns that Islamic art has and the symbolism that it holds, linking to beliefs about God. We also learned that Eid marks the end of Ramadan, a month of fasting that many people in our community have been taking part in.

We are very proud of the thoughtful designs and vibrant patterns they have produced as well as thoughtful discussions and questions. Please ask your young people about their learning in RMPS and see if they can spot their design here.
