S4 Study Classes – Monday Period 7 (Mrs Hamilton)
We have made some changes to the study classes based on your prelim results. For some learners, we have moved you to a study class with a teacher in a subject where we feel you would benefit from some additional support.
Please check the glass cabinets at the main entrance to find your new study class and make sure you go there on Monday.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer every subject at this time. However, please look out for other revision opportunities across all subjects — including Friday afternoon sessions, Saturday revision sessions, and Easter school.
Make the most of every opportunity available to you.
2025 Design, Engineering and Technology Models (DET Department)
If any pupils who manufactured a model last year in either Design & Manufacture, Practical Metalwork, Practical Woodwork or Jewellery would like to take it home, please come and collect it from DET before 30.01.26.
After this date, old models will be recycled to create space for this year’s projects.
Thank you.

🌿 Community Notice – Please Read! 🚴♂️🗑️ (Mrs Duckett)
Opposite the school is The Den and the mountain bike tracks that many of you will know from the Middleden Mountain Bike Club. This area is a really special place – it even includes Scotland’s ONLY dual slalom track! 🏆🌄
Sadly, a huge amount of litter has been found there recently. Over the holidays, thousands of plastic bottles were collected from the paths leading to and from the Shell Garage. 🥤🚯
We’re asking all pupils to take greater responsibility for looking after our community and environment. 🌍💚 If you walk through The Den or use the bike tracks, please make sure you take your rubbish home or use the bins provided. Every small action helps protect this amazing space for everyone. 🙌✨
🧤🌱 Want to help? Join a litter pick!
Mrs Duckett will be organising litter‑picking sessions, and anyone who wants to get involved is very welcome. This could be especially useful for Duke of Edinburgh Award pupils looking for volunteering opportunities! 🥇🤝
Let’s work together to keep The Den clean, safe, and enjoyable for all! 🌲🚴♀️💫
