Learning to Prepare Game Meat

We were very pleased to welcome Cameron from The British Association for Shooting and Conservation(BASC).  He brought with him Pheasants and Partridges.

All the S3 practical cookery students had the opportunity to pluck and de breast the birds. We were then able to make some pheasant/ partridge goujons. Thanks again to Cameron for providing such a unique and informative session.
