Madrid Trip (Mr Spink)
If going on Madrid Trip, please check that you have been added to the Teams and check for any information! Mr Spink has still not seen everyone who missed the meeting, last week – please go and see him at the earliest convenience, as it is highly important! If you have not seen him by Wednesday, this week, he will come and find you.
Discovering Degrees – Dundee University Open Day – S3 (Mr Fulton)
We have been given the opportunity to allow eligible S3 pupils to experience university life through engaging taster sessions in engineering, mathematics, art and design, and community education. The goal is to raise aspirations, build awareness about university courses, and help students make informed decisions about their future.
To be eligible you must meet one of the following criteria:
- Be eligible for Free School Meals
- Are a young carer
- Are care experienced
- Be a refugee/asylum seeker
- Are estranged
- Be from SIMD 1-4
Please use the QR code shown to register an initial interest. Spaces are limited and will be issued on a first come, first served basis to pupils who meet the criteria.

S6 Football Game (Mrs Davidson)
On Friday 28 March, there will be a S6 football match at the Astro, 2pm kick off. The tie is between Buzzy Bee FC and Brigatta Consolle FC as they previously played a game at Starks Park last year. There will be entertainment at half time which will allow anyone to win prizes, challenges include: penalty shootout’s or a crossbar challenge etc. We would encourage you to come along and support, hope to see you there. Lost Property (Mrs Spence)
We have a huge amount of lost property in the school, both at the main office and in the PE Department. If you wish to claim anything, please do so before the Easter Holidays, as everything will then be given to charity.
Ramadan Lunchroom (Mrs Logue)
For all pupils who are currently fasting for Ramadan, C12 (Mrs Logue’s room) is available during break and lunch times to support you with your fast. Ramadan Mubarak!

Article 27: Healthy Food – Free Food (Mrs Young)
Free Food: We are trying to reduce food waste therefore can you please come along to D2 at the end of each day to make use of the free food that is available. This will include food that has been cooked in home economics as well as fresh food that needs to be used up. This will be available every day on a first come first served basis and will help make sure food does not get binned which is good for us and the environment! Equality Group (Dr Murray)
The KHS Equality Group meets every Thursday lunchtime in A4. Anyone who is interested in any aspect of equality is welcome whether it be age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation. Together We Can group is on after school, Thursdays in the PE department from 3:30-4:15pm.

School Nurse Drop-in Service (School Nursing Team)
The school nurse drop-in service runs in Meeting Room 1 every Friday at break time. You can see them for all issues health related. No appointment necessary.
Biology Study Support (Miss Irvine)
N5 study support will now be running Friday after school on the run up to exams. Higher study support will also run after school on Fridays.
