We had Paulo from Luca’s Kitchen in Dunfermline in for three sessions with our bakery classes to do a bread masterclass.

Luca’s Kitchen donated all the ingredients and Paulo gave his time during his days off to come. The pupils loved having him in and he gave some inspiring advice about following your dreams.
