Right of the Fortnight: Article 38 Protection in War (Miss Young)
As remembrance day approaches and we reflect on the sacrifices made by our armed forces across the world we will also think about many of the young people that have been affected by war across the world. For example, as the Israel Palestine conflict continues the number of young people effected continues to rise. Currently over 12,000 children have lost their lives since October 2023 as a result of this.
