S6 Business Education pupils took a trip to our capital to attend a tour and tasting session at the Chocolatarium. We got to make and decorate our own chocolate bars while learning about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Fair Trade products. We gained a deeper understanding into wealth creation, starting from the farmers and ending up on our shelves.
We explored chocolate from all over the world, spanning 4 continents and how it effects the chocolates flavour. Our funky flavours included Bacon Pancakes, Grim Reaper Popping Candy and Lemon Meringue Pie. S6 Pupil Daniel made a chocolate, honey and chilli cocktail for the group to try.
