Edinburgh Pride – Saturday 22 June (Dr Murray) 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
There is an opportunity to go to Edinburgh Pride this year. We will take part in the march, as well as explore the stalls, and Youth Zone. EVERYONE is welcome at a Pride, whether you identify as LGBT+, or not. See Dr M in A4 if you’re interested!

Army Youth Challenge (Mr McCowan)
Thank you for all of the interest in this trip, places on the trip to Leuchers are now fully booked. If you have not returned your slip and wish to be put on the reserve list then please hand your forms to Mrs Davidson today in her office.

RAF Youth STEM Event (Miss Irvine)
If you are currently in S2 and have chosen to study Physics, Science, Engineering Science, Design and Manufacture, Computing Science or Computer Games Development in S3 you are invited along to attend a STEM workshop on Tuesday 11 June in the Library. Most of you have been issued with a permission slip during Science this week, can you please return the signed permission slip to either your Science teacher or myself ASAP. If you have not been given a form, please come and collect one from A1!

Vets for Pets Open Day (Mr McCowan)
Interested in a career working with animals? Vets for Pets in Kirkcaldy are having an Open Day on Sunday 2 June, 1-3pm, to see behind the scenes of a veterinary practice. Go along if you are interested!

Equality Group (Dr Murray)
The KHS Equality Group meets every Wednesday lunchtime in A4. Anyone who is interested in any aspect of equality is welcome whether it be age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation. See Dr Murray for a pass. Bring you lunch!

Calm Colouring Club (Ms Geddes & Miss Millar)
If you are looking for a quiet space to enjoy your lunch and do a bit of colouring, then head along to A3 from 1:10pm every Thursday lunchtime. Ms Geddes, Miss Millar and the Mental Health Ambassadors will be there to welcome you.

Upper Strings Ensemble (Mrs Ranieri)
Upper Strings Ensemble will run today at lunchtime in the Music department.

Gardening Club (Mrs Brown)
If you’d like to help me with growing flowers, that are named after Greek myths, in our school garden then please bring your lunch and meet me at the amphitheatre.
