Eid Party (Dr Murray/Miss Collins/Ms Logue) – TODAY, LUNCHTIME, A11
The KHS annual Eid party is on today at 1:00pm in A11 (big Home Ec. Room). All (pupils and staff) are welcome. There will be fabulous food, lantern making, a photo booth and lots of fun to be had. First come first served! عِيد مُبَارَك‎ Eid Mubarak!

Madrid 2025 (Mr Spink)
Can those with confirmed places on Madrid Trip please attend a meeting on Monday (22nd April) , at break (10:25), in Mr Spink’s room (C14). Thank you. If you cannot attend, you must go and see Mr Spink as soon as possible.

Glee Choir (Mrs Duckett)
GLEE CHOIR ARE RECRUITING! Come and sing songs from Musicals in Glee Choir! No previous experience necessary! We have a summer concert in June and need more members. Can all S6 ensure they’ve made payment to their Yearbooks & Prom. Prom must be paid in full by Friday 31 May.

S5/6 Law Work Experience (Mr McCowan)
There is a fantastic opportunity to do work experience at PRIME in Glasgow or Edinburgh this July (8-12th). These placements are open to S5 and S6 students who meet the PRIME criteria which include:

  • your parents didn’t attend university

Have Lunch with a Hero! (Classics Film Club)
“Release the KRAKEN!!” All are welcome to come and see the remake of the Clash of the Titans at Classics Film club, in C11. Bring your lunch and see the hero Perseus battle against Medusa and the Kraken! See me in advance for a pass.

KHS Radio Show on K107FM (Dr Murray)
We present a weekly show on Kirkcaldy’s radio station, K107FM every Saturday morning. You could be involved, even if you’re never available on a Saturday! We meet every Friday in A4 (Dr Murray’s room in Science) to plan the show. Come along and bring your lunch! See Dr M for a lunch/building pass.

KHS D&D (Dungeons and Dragons) Group (Dr Murray/Miss Collins)
The KHS D&D Group meets in D2 (Home Ec) every Friday after school. Take part in exciting adventures and storytelling. It’s all up to the fate of the dice!

Chess Club (Dr Black)
Chess club runs Monday lunchtimes in A6, 1:10-1:40pm. Beginners to Grand masters welcome. Collect a lunchtime pass from Dr Black if you would like to come along.

Anime and Manga Club (Miss Kelsey)
Anybody interesting in watching, drawing, and/or reading anime and manga, can now attend the anime and manga club every Monday lunchtime in B29.

Basketball & Badminton Club (Mr Harrower)
Basketball and Badminton clubs will run on Monday afterschool in the Games Hall from 3:15-4:15pm. All pupils welcome.
