The second S1 First Chances trip took place today (Thursday 11th January) at the Fife College Carnegie Conference Centre.

The theme for the day was ‘Built Environment’ and focused on the materials used to create the spaces around us. The group looked at the history and skills involved in Stonemasonry and were given the chance to design and create their own gargoyle using bars of soap and art and craft tools to support.

Everyone involved approached the day positively and represented the school in an extremely positive way. They are all looking forward to the next session in February, which has a CSI theme!
