Over the past two days we have seen a number of pupils attend, engage and participate in new projects covering hospitality, and construction. Both groups have undertaken health and safety in the workshop/kitchen, learning how to safely use tools/kitchen equipment and discussing potential projects to work towards.

Today we have two 4th years working alongside four other people from different schools delivering, preparing and cooking a three course meal for the local pensioners on stage 2 hospitality.

We also have a small group of 5 who have almost finished a 10 weeks course of mechanics. They have been learning all about small engines, stripping them down, identifying any mechanical problems, fixing and then putting them back together, oil changes and replacing tyres.
