If anyone is due money to the canteen, please do so by Monday. Letters will be sent home for outstanding payments after Monday.

Talent Show (Liam Ritchie, S6)
Thank you for all who came to see us about the talent show yesterday. Everyone who is thinking about performing, please meet us in Miss Young’s room, B7 at break for a chat about auditions. If interested in performing and have not put your name forward yet, please come see Miss Samfat who will forward your name on to us.

Washington Trip (Miss Young)
As per the teams page we have a meeting this Friday. You must attend and bring your passport for us to copy as well as returning your medical form. We will be going over key info such as ETS information, ordering hoodies and plans for spending the fundraising money. The meeting is at 1:15pm on Friday in B14

S2-S6 Young Leadership Pathway Interviews (Mr Greenhorn)
A reminder that GLOW email invitations have been sent out to 10 Young Ambassador applicants and 24 Young Leader applicants for upcoming interviews. Pupils must accept/confirm their interview using the MS-form link – only 13 have so far.

Saltire Opportunity – S5/S6 Only (Miss Lipton)
There is an opportunity to gain Saltire Hours this Saturday 24 June at the Rabbit Braes Gala Day – if anyone is free this is a great opportunity to bank some Saltire Hours – a number of volunteers needed but specifically if anyone is any good at face painting? Please come see me ASAP & I’ll pass you on to the organiser.

S6 Hoodies (Miss Lipton)
Please remember to submit your S6 Leaver Hoodie order – £20 each – £5 deposit required to secure.

DYW Padlet (Mr Dick)
A lot of pupils will be looking to gain some work experience, this is a great opportunity to give you a flavour of the world of work and ‘try out’ a profession. If this is something, you are interested in there is a form to complete on the Padlet. There is also a great opportunity for any S5 pupils who are looking to study medicine. For anyone looking to leave school there are a number of vacancies including – apprenticeships in Admin, at Scotrail, Exxon, Babcock and Sky Television advertised. As well as a range of part and full time jobs.

Speak to Mr Dick if you require any help with applications, finding jobs or want some work experience.

Lessons are on today in the Music department. You can find your time on Teams or on the department timetable board.

S2-S3 Music Lunch Club (Mrs Duckett)
This now takes place in E10 every day of the week, except Wednesdays.

String Group (Mrs Simpson)
The String Group will take place on Thursday lunchtime in E13.

Calm Colouring Lunch Club (Ms Geddes/Miss Millar)
If you would like a calm space to have lunch and do a bit of colouring, with the option to chat through any questions with our Mental Health Ambassadors, then this is the club for you! Head along to A3 (Science) where Miss Millar and Ms Geddes will have all the resources you need to chill out and recharge for the afternoon ahead. Today from 1:10pm.

Gardening Club – Thursday Lunch (Mrs Brown)
If you enjoy a bit of gardening, and you’d like to help to maintain and improve our school garden, then please bring your lunch and meet me in the Serenity Garden, and/ or meet me after school 3:20-3:50pm. Gardening is a great way to relax and learn new skills.

Skill Toy Club (Mrs Duckett)
Skill toy club will take place in E10 every lunchtime.

Girls’ Rugby (Ms McMahon)
Meet Thursday after school 3:30pm at PE. Wear PE kit for outdoors and astro shoes if you have them.

FRIDAY 23 JUNE

Card Club (Mrs Rae)
Come along to the PSO base at lunchtime to play various card games and make new friends. Maybe your friends are off, and you have nowhere to go or you see yourself as a real “card shark” all are very welcome!

Wind Band (Mrs Simpson)
The Wind Band will take place on Friday lunchtime in E13/Dance Studio.

Health Zone Drop In (Mrs Davidson)
Every Friday lunchtime, the school nurse team run a confidential drop in session. They are situated behind the careers room opposite the main office.

S2 Reading Group (Miss Britton)
S2 Reading Group during Friday lunchtimes in room B23. It’s a chance to practice reading out loud.

Have Lunch with A Hero! (Mrs Brown)
The Rock stars as Hercules in this tale of good vs evil – but it’s not always easy to tell who to trust! All are welcome to come along to C11 with their lunch to see this movie. Please see me for a pass in advance.
