Assembly Hall Out of Bounds (Miss Kirkwood)
There will be no access to the Assembly Hall period 1-7 today as there is a National 5 SQA Dance exam taking place. Please be as quiet as possible when passing the Assembly Hall at bell times and find an alternative route to your class.

Library Closed & S6 Register (J Davidson)
The Library will be closed all week including break and lunch. S6 who usually register with Mr Kirkcaldy, please go to the office to sign in.

Outdoor Servery (Mrs Hardie)
The outdoor servery will be closed until the end of term.

S1 Football (Mr Pennel)
S1 football is cancelled afterschool today due to staff absence.

Fashion & Textiles Support (Mrs Donaldson)
Not on this Wednesday after school however support is available any lunchtime.

“Everybody’s Talking About Jamie” (Dr Murray)
If you are coming to see “Everybody’s Talking About Jamie” on the 31 May, please come to A4 at lunchtime on Tuesday for a quick chat about arrangements. IF YOU DON’T ATTEND IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT YOU’RE NOT COMING!

Saltire Awards (Miss Lipton)
Can all S5/6 please ensure all voluntary hours are logged through the Saltire team form before the Easter break to allow for the certificates to be processed. See Miss Lipton in D9 if there are any issues or you want to check your hours logged so far.

S6 Prom Payments (Mr Fulton)
Please make sure that you have paid the full £40 cost of prom BEFORE the end of term using iPayimpact. Please contact the school office if you need to set up an account. If you are having trouble making this payment, you can speak to Mr Fulton, Mr I’Anson or Mrs Hardie for advice. A spreadsheet detailing how much everyone still has to pay will be placed on the counter at the prefect base. Make sure you check this before making any further payments.

If you have not made any payments before the holidays, it will be assumed you do not wish to attend prom and you will not be allocated a place. Thank you.

S1-S2 First Chances (Miss Nessel)
Please meet in Miss Nessel’s room after Tutor on Thursday for our trip. If you have not brought your permission slip, please do so ASAP.

S3 First Chances (Miss Nessel)
Please make your way to the library after Tutor on Wednesday morning for your presentations. Please also bring your permission slip in for our trip next week.

S4-S6 First Chances Pupils (Miss Nessel)
Pupils have been emailed links to register for Summer Schools. Please complete these forms by 31 March. They have also been pasted in your relevant year group Teams. S5 also need to complete the subject choice form, which has also been pasted into your year group team.

Summer Music School – Free Places Available (Dr Murray)
Thanks to a generous benefactor, I have 2 free places at Tinto Summer Music School available.  It’s folk/traditional music focussed but you don’t need any experience and all instruments/abilities are welcome.  Find out more on the Tinto Website and come by A4 if you’re interested!

LGBT+ Group (LGBT+ Committee)
The legendary and amazing LGBT+ Group meets every Tuesday lunchtime in A4 (Dr Murray’s room in Science) for anyone who wants to have a nice place to sit and enjoy their lunch, get to know other people, make badges and make keyrings. EVERYONE and ANYONE is welcome, hope to see you there!

Mental Health Ambassadors (Miss Hay)
Please meet today in B6 at 1:10pm. Feel free to bring your lunch!

KHS Community Choir (Mrs Duckett)
This will run on Tuesdays after school in the Assembly Hall, 3:15-4:15pm.

Drama Study Support (Mr McPherson)
Drama study support is on after school today, 3:15-4:45pm in Mr McPherson’s room.

Badminton Club (Mr Harrower)
Badminton club will be on afterschool on Tuesday in the Games Hall (3:15-4:15pm). All pupils from S1-S6 are welcome to attend.

Girls’ Football (Miss Steedman)
Girls’ football training will run on Tuesday afterschool (3:30-4:15pm). Everyone interested in playing in S1 and S2 is welcome along.

Young STEM Leader (Miss Tennant)
Young STEM Leader sessions will take place every Tuesday from 3:15-4:15pm in A7.

Lessons are on today in the music department. You can find your time on Teams or on the department timetable board in E11.

Guitar group is on today in E13. Please bring your lunch and be ready to play for 1:15pm.

Keyboard Group (Mrs Simpson)
Keyboard group is on today in E10 with Mr Duncan.

S1-S3 Maths Homework Support (Mr Jones)
Maths homework club with Mr Jones will run weekly every Wednesday lunchtime (1:15-1:40pm) for pupils in S1 to S3. Grab your lunch first and come along to C3 for homework support.

Equalities Group (Ms Mahr)
Come along and meet the Equalities Group on Wednesday lunchtimes at 1pm (bring your lunch) in C12! Everyone is welcome and we look forward to seeing you all!

S4-S6 Senior Netball (Mrs Little)
Senior netball will run on Wednesday after school in the Games Hall from 3:15-4:30pm. All new and experienced players welcome.

Biology Study Support (Miss Irvine)
Biology study support will now be running every Wednesday after school from 3:30-4:30pm in A1. It is welcome to all S3-S6 Biology students. Hope to see some of you there!

Little Shop of Horrors (Mr McPherson)
Rehearsals are on after school tonight. All cast members check the schedule and attend the rehearsals you are called for.
