Gifts for Our Community (Miss Hay)
Over the past few weeks our House Captains and Leaders have raised £210 to buy Christmas gifts for homeless shelters in Kirkcaldy. Yesterday we made up the gift bags (photos below) containing toiletries, food and Christmas cards for a total of 54 people in Valley Accommodation Unit, Westbridge Mill and Victoria House. These were greatly appreciated when dropped off last night, alongside some Christmas cards and chocolates for the Linton Lane Centre lunch on Christmas Day. Thank you to our captains for their kind thought, to our winners of the Christmas card competition for designing the cards and to Miss Hay’s classes who signed the cards. We hope it will bring some joy to those who receive the gifts on Christmas Day.
