MONDAY 20 DECEMBER

Hot Meal: Broccoli soup, Macaroni cheese, garlic bread, vegetables or Quorn Chilli and rice, vegetables.

Dress Down Day (Dr Murray)
Wednesday will be a dress down day in aid of Kirkcaldy Foodbank. As always – no football colours or inappropriate clothing. It’s £1 in tutor or whatever you can give!

Lost Property (Mrs Waddell)
There are numerous lost property items from jackets and scarves to glasses, earpods and jewellery at the office. Please ask your pupils to think if they have lost/misplaced an item and check if we have it at the office.

S6 Hoodies (Mrs Rae)
S6 Hoodies’ have been added to Ipayimpact at a cost of £20. Please collect your Ipayimpact details from reception. The price includes design on back and your name or nickname. We are looking to order them around the middle of February so you will get them at Easter. If anyone has any questions please see Mrs Rae. We will get order forms and design details sorted once everyone has paid.

Basketball and Badminton Club (Mr Harrower)
Basketball and Badminton Clubs are cancelled this week.

S2 Football (Mr Harrower)
S2 Football Training is cancelled afterschool today.

Christmas Craft Fair (Mrs Patton)
Come along today at lunchtime to C19 to the Christmas Craft Fair hosted by the awesome Craft Club! The team have worked so hard preparing for this, so come and grab a crafty bargain.

Virtual Christmas Concert (Mrs Simpson)
All performers in the virtual Christmas Concert are invited to a showing of the video in E13 (Mrs Simpson’s room) on Tuesday during period 5. Please register with your teacher before coming down but be quick!

EMA Recipients (Mrs Geddes)
Please note that due to Bank Holidays, the EMA payment due on Thursday 30/12/21 will now be made on Friday 31/12/21.

Could all instrumental pupils please remember to take your instrument home over the holidays.

S4-S6 Music Pupils (Mrs Simpson)
Anyone sitting SQA music this year in S4-S6 and require an instrument to practice on over the holidays, please see Mrs Simpson as soon as possible to arrange.

Lateral Flow Covid Test Kits (Mrs Hardie)
If any staff member or pupil requires lateral flow test kits to see them over the festive period, please come to collect them from the PSO base.

String group is on today in E13. Please bring your lunch and be ready to play for 1:15pm.

Raspberry Pi School (Mr Davidson Kelly)
Raspberry Pi School is open every Tuesday lunchtime, room D7.

LGBT+ Group (LGBT+ Committee)
The legendary and amazing LGBT+ Group meets every Tuesday lunchtime in A4 (Dr Murray’s room in Science) for anyone who wants to have a nice place to sit and enjoy their lunch, get to know other people, make badges, and (new for 2021!) make keyrings. EVERYONE and ANYONE is welcome, hope to see you there!

KHS Community Choir (Mrs Duckett)
This will run on Tuesdays after school in the Assembly Hall, 3:15-4:15pm.

Homework Club (Mrs Patton)
Homework club will be running each Tuesday in C17 from 3:20-4:20pm for all year groups, all subjects.

S1 Football (Mr Pennel)
S1 football will run on Tuesday afterschool (3:30-4:30pm). Training will be on the Astro so bring appropriate footwear if possible.

Girls’ Football (Miss Steedman)
Girls’ football training will run on Tuesday afterschool (3:30-4:15pm). Everyone interested in playing in S1 and S2 is welcome along.
