University Applications – September 2022 Entry (Miss Fotheringham)
Could those pupils in S5/6 who are applying to university for September 2022 entry please scan the QR code on the posters around the school. This will take you to a MS form to register for the in-school UCAS sign up session on Tuesday 5 October periods 4/5.
String Ensemble (Mrs Simpson)
String ensemble starts today in E13. All upper string (violin, viola) and lower string (cello, double bass) pupils should come along to Mrs Simpson’s room and be ready to play for 1:15pm. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
S6 Yearbook Committee (Mrs Czudek)
If you would like to be part of the yearbook committee the first initial meeting will be: Wednesday 29 September at the beginning of break in E5 (CDT department). Make sure you come along if you want to be involved.
Mental Health Ambassadors (Miss Hay)

Never Gonna Give You Up! Do you want to be involved in a ‘Rick Astley’ Music Video playing this classic tuuuune on keyboards?! Collect the keyboard music from Mrs Duckett this week. Recordings will take place before the October break and edited over the holidays.

LGBT+ Group (LGBT+ Committee)
The legendary and amazing LGBT+ Group meets every Tuesday lunchtime in A4 (Dr Murray’s room in Science) for anyone who wants to have a nice place to sit and enjoy their lunch, get to know other people, make badges, and (new for 2021!) make keyrings. EVERYONE and ANYONE is welcome, hope to see you there!
Homework Club (Mrs Patton)
Homework club will be running each Tuesday in C6 from 3:20-4:20pm for all year groups, all subjects.
Badminton Club (Mr Harrower)
Badminton club will be on afterschool on Tuesday in the Games Hall (3:15-4:15pm). All pupils from S1-S6 are welcome to attend.
S1 Football (Mr Pennel)
S1 Football will run on Tuesday afterschool (3:30-4:30pm). Training will be on the grass so bring appropriate footwear if possible.
Girls’ Football (Miss Steedman)
Girls’ football training will run on Tuesday afterschool (3:30-4:15pm). Everyone interested in playing in S1 and S2 is welcome along.

Maths homework club with Mr Jones will run weekly every Wednesday lunchtime (1:15-1:40pm) for pupils in S1 to S3. Grab your lunch first and come along to C3 for homework support.

Equalities Group (Ms Mahr)
Are you interested in making the lives of others better? Can you help give a voice to certain issues? Do matters of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability etc. interest you? If you are interested in tackling these issues, please come along and meet the Equalities Group on Wednesday lunchtimes at 1pm (bring your lunch) in C12! S4-6 Senior Netball (Mrs Little)
