University Applications – September 2022 Entry (Miss Fotheringham)
Could those pupils in S5/6 who are applying to university for September 2022 entry please scan the QR code on the posters around the school. This will take you to a MS form to register for the in-school UCAS sign up session on Tuesday 5 October periods 4/5.
October Deadline UCAS Applicants (Miss Fotheringham)
Could those pupils applying to university to study medicine and other early deadline courses please pop in to see Miss Fotheringham in guidance today very briefly at 1:30pm.
S3 Course Transfer (S Hamilton)
If you are in S3 and would like to request a change of subject, you MUST do this next Wednesday at lunch time. You will need to bring along a letter to the Library at 1:15pm signed by your parent/carer, saying that they are in agreement to the change. You must have a good reason for wanting to change and you must be prepared to spend some time during the October holidays catching up on work for your new subject. Please note that most of the S3 classes are currently full so in most cases we will only be able to make a change if there is someone wanting to come out of the subject that you are wanting to go into.
Mental Health Ambassadors (Miss Hay)

Have Lunch with A Hero! (Mrs Brown)
Classics lunchtime film club will be starting up on Fridays featuring all the great movies about heroes like Percy Jackson, Hercules and Perseus. All new members welcome. Bring a packed lunch to C11 at the start of lunch.

Health Zone (School Nurse)
You can access the confidential drop in service for any reason at all, including support with sexual health and contraception. The nurses also offer mental health support and will “signpost” to other services. This will run today at lunchtime behind Community Use.

S1 netball will run after school on Monday in the Girls’ Gym from 3:15-4:15pm. Please bring a change of PE kit and water.
S2 Football (Mr Pennel)
S2 Football will run on Monday afterschool (3:30-4:30pm). Training will be on the grass so bring appropriate footwear if possible.
