Wearing face coverings in school (S Hamilton)
Please remember that it is a government law in Scotland for everyone to wear face coverings indoors. If you are exempt, then you should wear your red badge or ribbon every day. Your teachers will be reminding you to wear your face coverings, as a way of keeping us all safe. Please respond in a respectful way if challenged about this.

Non-uniform tops (S Hamilton)
All non- uniform tops should be removed in classrooms. If you are wearing a plain black or grey jumper then that is acceptable (small logos are also acceptable). If you are wearing jackets, hoodies, jumpers with big logos or other coloured jumpers, please remove them in class. If you refuse to remove a non-uniform top, then your teacher will refer you to your year head. If the classroom happens to be exceptionally cold, which is unlikely just now, then a poster will be displayed allowing you to keep your non-uniform tops on. It is important that we all work together to follow our school rules.
