Fire Evacuation (D Allan)
Please be reminded that if the fire alarm sounds you should, under clear instructions from your teacher, leave the classroom calmly and in single file. Leave your bag in the class but take your jacket. Your teacher will direct you to the nearest designated exit and then to the evacuation muster area in front of the assembly hall. Walk briskly but do not run.

The arrangements have changed and in the interests of good order, you must stand still and quiet, facing towards the Assembly Hall in the clearly marked House/Yeargroup box. For example if you are in S3 and in Carlyle House, go to “Carlyle 3” in an orderly fashion and stand quietly. Teachers will be allocated a House group to supervise. Only when it is safe to do so, you will be instructed to re-enter the school building. This will be done in a set order, clearly signalled by Senior staff.

We are required to do practice evacuation drills and we will have one of these this term. Many thanks.

Winter Clothing Drive – Equalities Team (Mrs McMahon)
Thank you so much for all the coats, jackets, hats, scarfs and gloves that you have kindly donated to the Afghanistan refugees who are being welcomed to Fife. A huge thanks to senior pupils, Amanda Wright and Georgie Christie-Whelan who kindly labelled and packed up all of the items that will be passed onto the FVA in Kirkcaldy. Great effort everyone.

Craft Club (Mrs Patton)
Starting today at 1:10pm in C19. If you are interested in learning more about what will be involved, please pop along to see Mrs Patton in C19 to find out more. This is open to all year groups, beginner crafters and experts welcome!

S6 Students looking for Saltire hours (Ms Mahr)
I am looking for one or two S6 students to update the Kind Heart Stars display on a Friday afternoon every week. This would initially involve creating a new laminated display and then updating the names each week. It would be a great way to get some extra Saltire hours in – please see Ms Mahr by the end of the week to express interest!

EMA (Mrs Geddes)
If you have been awarded EMA, can you please bring your completed Learning Agreement in to school as soon as possible. Please remember to get it signed by your Guidance Teacher and then bring it to the Community Use office.
