Fife Children & Young People’s Improvement Collaborative (CYPIC) is our collective effort to improve outcomes for children and young people across Fife. The collaborative brings together practitioners from across the Children’s Services Partnership, reflecting our shared commitment to working differently and working better.

We use the Quality Improvement Journey to ensure our activities are grounded in a robust, evidence‑informed method. This helps us build a strong understanding of what works to deliver meaningful and measurable improvements for children and young people.

CYPIC is focused on strengthening Quality Improvement capability across the partnership. By drawing on shared expertise and resources, we equip practitioners with the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead improvement, and to support the implementation, spread and long‑term sustainability of successful practice.
