Welcome to the Fife CYPIC site.
Fife Children & Young People Improvement Collaborative is our collective drive to improve outcomes for children and young people.
The membership includes practitioners from across Fife Children’s Services Partnership (NHS Fife, Education & CS and the Voluntary Sector).
We use the Quality Improvement Journey to ensure our improvement efforts are underpinned by a rigorous method so we can build our knowledge on ‘what works’ to improve children’s outcomes.
We strive to maximise Quality Improvement expertise and pull on resources from across the partnership to equip practitioners with the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead improvement activity and support the implementation, spread and sustainability of successes.
