Missing Scooters

Can you help?  Two of our pupils have lost their scooters in the last couple of days.  These were both in the bike shed at the front of the school.

  1. A Sonic the Hedgehog blue scooter
  2. A scooter with black and peach grips and a rainbow footbed

If you see these or have taken home by accident, please let us know.

Christmas Cottage Appeal 2025

We understand that Christmas, while joyful for many, can also be a time of worry and financial pressure for some families. If you’re finding this season particularly difficult and are experiencing significant hardship, please know that you’re not alone and we’re here to help.
If you feel you could benefit from support, we kindly ask you click here and complete the form by Tuesday 18th November. Once submitted, a member of our school team will be in touch to gently and confidentially guide you through the next steps, including a referral for Cottage Christmas.  All information shared will be treated with the care and compassion.

Halloween Disco – Important

Halloween Disco Thursday 30th October

  • N-P3 – 3.30 – 4-30
  • P4-P7 – 5.00 – 6.00

Please remember:

  • Nursery and P1 children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Parents from P2-P7 are welcome to stay if they wish.
  • Children will not be allowed to use their phones in the disco.
  • N-P3 parents can get their child changed for the disco in classrooms at the end of the day if needed, however where possible we would be asking children to go home and get ready then come back for 3.30pm.

Arriving at the Disco

Children should arrive at the main entrance to the school. Children will be allowed access just before the start time so should arrive just before the start time.
Tickets will be paid for on the door (£1 cash).

Leaving the Disco

Parents should come to the main entrance at the end of the disco to collect children.
Children will be sitting in their classes and a staff member will have a register.
Children will be allowed to leave with their adult once the staff member has marked them on the register.
Parents and children will leave by the fire exit in the dinner hall, out to the nursery car park.

Toilets at the Disco

If children need the toilet at the disco, they will access the P7 classroom and use the P6/P7 toilets.

Seesaw Permission

We will be using Seesaw to share moments of joy and significant learning experiences from Nursery – P7.  We will be using photo consent permission which was gathered at the start of this school year.  If you have given permission for your child’s photo to be taken, we will take this as permission to share on Seesaw too.

On some occasions, pupils will be in group photos with other children in their class.  If you do not wish for your child to appear on other children’s pages, please email Cardendenps.Enquiries@fife.gov.uk by Friday 10th October.
