Primary 6/7 have settled in well and are ready to take on the new school year. Miss Currie is working with us and we have Mrs Heyes teaching us Spanish, health and wellbeing and expressive arts on a Thursday morning.
So far, we have enjoyed looking at the Grimm’s fairy tales and comparing them to newer versions of the stories. We have explored incorporating fairy tales into our own pop art creations and using Emotion Works to identify how characters might be feeling and why.
