Primary 4 have been exploring 2D shapes this week and learning all about their properties, including the number of sides and corners each shape has. To put their learning into practice, they created some fantastic pieces of abstract art using a variety of 2D shapes.
Take a look at their colourful creations and see how many different shapes you can spot! We were very impressed with the children’s creativity and their growing confidence in using mathematical language to describe the shapes they used.
Well done, P4!
