Our Primary 5 pupils recently demonstrated their learning through a series of engaging and informative group presentations as part of their Interdisciplinary Learning (IDL) topic on the Global Goals.
Working collaboratively in teams, the children explored a range of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Through their research, pupils developed a deeper understanding of the challenges facing our world and the importance of taking action to create a more sustainable future.
Each group carefully planned and prepared their presentations, using a variety of formats including posters and verbal explanations to share their learning. The children showed great confidence when presenting to their peers, clearly explaining key concepts and answering questions thoughtfully.
This experience not only enhanced their knowledge of global issues but also allowed them to develop important skills such as teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and digital literacy. It was fantastic to see the level of enthusiasm, creativity and commitment shown by all pupils.
